A distinguished alumnus of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at the United Arab Emirates University, Dr. Al-Sabhan embarked on a journey of academic excellence that culminated in a master’s degree and a doctorate in criminal law from the esteemed Cairo University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. His early professional journey saw him holding significant roles within the Public Prosecution Office in the Judicial Authority of Dubai, where he left an indelible mark on the field.
